The Guest House “Jeppesen Residence” is located in the upper ecologically clean part of the city, near Gagarin and Utepov Streets. The Guest House has been named after the aviation chart creator, Jeppesen. After getting to the Residence you become utterly absorbed in the world of aviation. Everywhere you can see photos and models of different airplanes, and you can also watch and purchase any film from the comprehensive collection of films about the aviation, beginning with the fly-pasts of the twenties and ending with the state-of-the-art airplanes. 19 VIP rooms with 5 ones of a flat type are located on 3 floors of the building. All the suite rooms are equipped with separate bath-rooms, water closets, household appliances and mini-bars. The flat-type suite rooms surround us with the home environment naturalness. The rooms are equipped with everything required for a long-time residence: a cooking appliance, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishware, television set, DVD and air-conditioners “winter-summer).
