The important sight of a city is the Regional Museum of local lore, the rich cultural and which historical heritage totals about 15000 exhibits. Also Aktau is remarkable that streets have no name, the city completely consists of microdistricts. They are numbered with 1st on 30th. Some numbers are not present (for example, with 16 on 21). Numbers of microdistricts reflect time of their construction though the oldest is 3rd, there were 1st, 2nd and 3-А a bit later.
