Tour 1: “Male Monastery”

Aksai gorge is located relatively far from Almaty, only 30 km. The slopes of the mountains are in the mixed forests and beautiful meadows, and on the bottom of the gorge fast mountain Aksayka river runs. Clean air and beauty of the landscape creates perfect conditions for a picnic. The main attraction of the gorge is the orthodox monastery, built on the mountainside. Tourists visit the holy places, the temple and panoramic views, a beautiful view on Aksai gorge.

10:00 – arrival at the bus parking
10:00 – 12:00 hike to the monastery
12:00 – 13:30 stay in the monastery; lunch
13:30 – 15:30 return to the bus
15:30 – 17:00 outside rest at the river Aksai
17:00 – 17:10 travel to the "stone castle"
17:10 - 17:30 inspection "Stone Castle"
18:30 – return to the city

Clothing: not bright, possibly closed, a scarf on the head.
